I personally dont like online play. All to often 2 people at the same table have good hands. It creates a bigger pot therefore the website gets a bigger rake. Especially in ohama.
I would recomend checking out various websites to see which is most reputable.
Besides that I would say watch your betting patterns. People may discern what you have by how you bet the last time around. Change it up.
I would also muck your cards after winning a hand instead of showing them. The less information they have the better. Occassionally I will show but only when I am trying to confuse them.
Good luck.

There are sites that will give you free money usually $50 to play with. http://www.pokerstrategy.com/uIVQI3 is such a site they provide strategy articles, videos and live coaching sessions. It is free to join and they also provide a free $50 to start providing you can pass their poker quiz. If you are serious about getting good then this is an ideal place to start. They also offer rakeback as well. Their coaches are big winners in the online games.
however they do not accept US players you can try http://www.freepokercash.org for more free cash providers that do accept US players.
If you still want to deposit your own money then get rakeback, it's basically poker cashback on your play you can also get access to freerolls, try http://www.onlinerakeback.net
