Try Full Tilt Poker, they also have a poker academy which is part of the package when you register and goes through the rules of poker and has advanced strategies as well.

I like to stick to ones I’ve heard of like Full Tilt and Pokerstars
Just a note on that: IF at sometime you want to play for real money (and it’s legal for you) go to the .com version of the websites…..
If you just want to do play money and don’t want the temptation for the real money, go to the .net version
EDIT: but you can still just do play money on the real money versions of the sites
