You're thinking about bingo in which you have to say BINGO!
In poker when you win you say whatever you want.
I usually like putting my cards down and either smiling or laughing and taking the pot. Lol

I always say, "Gentlemen (and Ladies if applicable), it has been a pleasure!"
But I do not think there is a standard word, like "Bingo" for when you win.
Just for fun, here is a link to some poker terms:http://www.thedoverpro.com/poker-hand-na…

what you say: if you have the winning hand, you have to announce it, e.g. two pair, aces over tens. The other person has a better hand, they would announce their hand, e.g. two pair, aces over jacks. However, usually the losing hand doesn't have to say anything, just muck it, which automatically forfeits the hand.
However, if I outplay someone, i usually don't say anything. why give them a reason to come after me later? however, if I lay down a brutally bad beat, i always say "sorry." of course, i'm ridiculously happy i smacked their bottom and increased my own chances of winning through pure donkey luck, but I don't want them to know that. i want them to think i sympathize with their loss, even if it's totally, 100% not true.
Also, in tournament play, you are generally required to announce raises, sometimes calls as well. folds may be done silently. Also, you have to say:
Raise XXX _more_
or
Raise _to_ YYY.
Both mean different things. If you raise _to_ 100, for example, that means now the total bet is 100, which may have started at 20. If you raise 100 _more_, that means you are adding 100 to the current bet, which means, if it started at 20, it is now 120.

I used to say "sorry" when I won. Then again, I used to say sorry a lot - mostly because I had flatulence problems.
Then I quit eating at taco bell before the game.
Now I say whatever I want - I don't really care because I am now very popular, and the chicks dig me. I also own a mansion and a yacht, all thanks to my poker and fart-retention skills!
