   Play the free tables, play with your friends, and learn how to play better. You’re losing money because you’re not good and you’re either bluffing too much, not reading your opponents’ hands, or are joining rooms above your skill level. Stay away from the no limit tables until you get better.

   i go to pogo and u play games there for free also they have a whole list of them and u can enter ur tokens in for a chance to win some money prizes not many but a couple, one each day one a week and one a month small amounts nothing major but its better than nothing and if u pay for an account through them which is 12 a year us dollars not sure where u are, they also have a huge list of other games its pretty cool i spend hours there and need to stop lol, otherwise go buy yourself some game consols and play those, anything would be better than texas holdem… if u do decide to sign up to pogo contact me i can even send u a free 5day guest pass to try all the games u would be paying for on pogo:) lowriderkingfla@yahoo.com

   Depends how old you are. Another thing to do with your time would be good is dont play online poker. Play online black jack or online keno.

   Go to the gym, get out and meet people, if you have a gambling problem, join Gamblers Anonymous.
