		<description>the small blind must pay, everyone on the table must match big blind if they want to stay in. 
the reasons for blinds (incase you dont know...) are so the game keeps going.. cause it would be pretty stupid in a tournament if someone just kept on folding every hand untill it came down to the last person..</description>
