   the people who didn’t have to put in a blind (i.e to the left of the big blind) dont have to put any thing in unless they want to play then they have to match the big blind. the same rule applies to the small blind. he can forfeit his small blind and fold, or put in enough to match the big blind (in your scenario 1 chip) and play

   the small blind must pay, everyone on the table must match big blind if they want to stay in.
   the reasons for blinds (incase you dont know…) are so the game keeps going.. cause it would be pretty stupid in a tournament if someone just kept on folding every hand untill it came down to the last person..

   well you can raise also. you don’t always have to call the blind. you can always raise or fold.
