I currently have The Rules, Strategy, and Winning for my 3 paragraphs, just not sure if this is good enough or not. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I think that those are very good topics and if placed in that order will have good organization. After that, all you need is an introduction and closing paragraph. In the intro. I think you should start with a visualization of a game and end with winning the game in the closing paragraph. But you don’t have to follow that advice.

2Any history on the game? When did it become popular etc? You could use that information in the first paragraph and then explain the rules.
