You can play it with rummy too,thats the easier way,the person with the most spots after someone chips out.

It becomes more of a game of luck when played this way. Most people play strip poker one of two ways:
1) Worst hand (or sometimes all but the winning hand, if you wanna get naked quick!) removes an article of clothing.
2) Play with chips, but only start with a very limited amount. Getting more chips involves removing clothes.

The way you described strip poker is the way that I have always played it. Instead of betting, whoever has the lowest hand has to take off a piece of clothing. So if there are five people playing, only one person takes off something each hand.
Some rules that I have played with that made the game more fun were…
1. It is the choice of the person with the highest hand to either put something back on, or make the person with the lowest hand take something off.
2. Everyone was given two chances to exchange cards. You could fold after the first card exchange and you wouldn’t have to take anything off. However, after you folded the 3rd time, you had to take something off, and then you started over again at zero.
3. Determine when the stopping point is. I have never played a game to total naked, and I really don’t want to see some of those people totally naked. Before the game starts, agree that the game will end when you lose everything except your underwear, or whatever you are comfortable with.
