For example, if you're playing at the 25NL tables (.10/.25) with a $500 bankroll you're going to be nervous because you're still trying to "prove" to yourself that you belong there, but if you're playing at the same table with a $5,000 bankroll that you built up there, those bad beats and tough decisions aren't going to get your heart going as bad since you know you're a long term winner. And FYI, beating the snot out of the .01/.02 tables does not make you a pro. Those people are trash players. If you think players play the same way at stakes where you could make a reasonable living like $1/$2 NL, you're in for a rude awakening. You're in for a rude awakening even at 10c/25c.
