Full Tilt is a great site I play there often. They are safe, secure and have great customer service. Your problem is that if you live in the United States that most electronic payment processors will not process transactions with online poker or gambling sites. Your funds are safe and you may withdraw them at any time via paper check which will take a 1-3 weeks to arrive on average. If you plan ahead this is only a minor inconvenience. Just remember to never deposit more than you can afford to lose and there should never be a problem. Good luck and have fun at the tables!

You'll find they use sites like InstaDebit and Moneybookers. If you click on the Cashier and then Withdrawal, you'll see icons from all the companies they allow you to withdraw from. I use InstaDebit when I withdraw from Full Tilt Poker.
