I am looking for a ledger of some sort to buy to track my poker playing. Is anything like this available? I’ve looked at office depot, they sell regular ledgers, i need one designed for poker.
Should I just use a regular notebook to track my winnings or can I buy something better to use?

1Best way to track your winnings is by using a “poker ledger book”, it is a ledger book designed for poker players for exactly what you are talking about.
“Poker Ledger Book is a record keeping system designed for poker players. It may be used for tournaments, sit-n-go’s, and live table games. Just as you would record any financial data, this book is a must for players who need to keep track of critical data. Record your poker DATE, LOCATION, TYPE of WAGERING, BUY IN, CASH-OUT, WIN, LOSS, NOTES, & SUMMARY”
book can be purchased at any book store
ISBN-10: 0978759109
ISBN-13: 978-0978759100
you can also buy it direct from their website, http://www.pokerledgerbook.com
hope this helps!

3track your win/loss #’s and percentages with a ledger-type Excel spreadsheet. if you have MS Office XP you can search documents and there are a few pre made spreadsheets perfect for poker.
i play everyday and track my live cash game and tourney winnings with the Excel spreadsheet. all my online stuff is done with PokerTracker and thePokerDB.com.
good luck.

4I use poker tracker. Just load your hand histories in there and it will pretty much tell you everything.

6Poker tracker or Poker office are the industry leaders. They give you so much information, not just how much you have won (or lost). They’ll track all of you and your opponents hands (shown) and actions. It’s amazing how much having one of these two programs can help you improve your game, I love the bit where you can see your own success with individual hands, if you think you’re losing money the way you’re playing with pockets queens or some other hand, well these programs to tell you exactly what is going on. Brilliant!

7Poker Tracker is absolutely essential for serious online poker players. It’s $55 (used to be cheaper) but worth way more than that, if you play for semi-decent stakes.
If you are trying to track live game information, I’d just use an Excel spreadsheet or ledger book.
